Shipping policy

We handcraft each hat with care and intention. Because many of our pieces are made to order, please allow 2–3 weeks for production prior to shipping.
●    Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items will leave our studio within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks.

●    Shipping Carrier: All orders ship via USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

●    Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the U.S. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.

●    Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be added to the order

●    Local Pickup: Available upon request in Central Wisconsin. Please email us to coordinate.

Please note we are not responsible for delays once your package is in the hands of the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we’ll help navigate next steps.
