Yes, we offer a variety of hat options online. Purchase a ready-to-wear style that is unique in design, and ready to ship, or choose a style that is partially or fully customizable to you.

The custom hat process starts with your purchase. This covers the base hat material (wool or felt), a hat band or ribbon of your choice, any stitching or burning details, and up to two branding stamps.
After checkout, you’ll receive a link to fill out our Custom Order Form or you can fill one out here, which helps guide the design and ensures the hat is tailored to your style and fit. We’ll ask for your head measurements and shape to get the sizing just right.

Vegan Suede and most Wool Hats
Available in standard sizes:
● Small (S): 6 5/8 – 6 7/8 → Head Circumference: 21 1/8” – 21 1/2”
● Medium (M): 6 7/8 – 7 1/8 → Head Circumference: 22” – 22 3/8”
● Large (L): 7 1/8 – 7 1/4 → Head Circumference: 22 1/2” – 23”
● Extra Large (XL): 7 3/8 – 7 5/8 → Head Circumference: 23 1/8” – 23 7/8”

Felt Hats
These require more specific sizing and come in the following sizes:
● 6 7/8 – typical small
● 7 1/8 – a great middle-of-the-road fit
● 7 1/4 – typical large
● 7 3/8 – average larger size
● 7 5/8 – extra large

Because each custom hat is made just for you, all sales are final on made-to-order or personalized items. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom pieces.
If you purchased a ready-to-ship item, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. The hat must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. To request a return, please email us at thewanderingbrim@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your hat arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Not at this time. The Wandering Brim is a mobile, small-batch brand. While we don’t currently have a storefront, we pop up at boutiques, markets, private events, and community gatherings throughout the year.
