The Wandering Hat Bar brings an interactive, elevated styling experience directly to your event. Guests create their own one-of-a-kind hat, choosing from a curated selection of ribbons, layered textures, and accessories—from feathers and pins to charms and dried florals—each piece styled on-site and branded to truly make it theirs.

It's more than a party favor, something your guests will keep long after the event.

Bring The Wandering Brim to your next girls' night, birthday, bachelorette party, bridal shower or celebration.

The Wandering Hat Bar is an interactive experience where your guests can choose a hat and make it completely their own. I'll bring the hats, tools and all the details, then work one-on-one with each guest to help bring their vision to life.

Hat Bar Pricing

Each Wandering Hat Bar experience is tailored to your event, location and guest count.

A $150 non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your date for events located within 60 miles of Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

Private Hat Bars require a minimum of 5 hat purchases.

Guests Pay Individually
Want everyone to choose their own hat? Guests can purchase their hats individually at the event, so there's no need for the host to cover everyone's purchase. When guests pay individually, $50 of the booking deposit is applied toward the host's hat.

Host-Paid Hat Bar
Want to treat your guests? The host can also purchase hats for the group in advance. We'll work together ahead of the event to select hat options, quantities and any sizing needed. $50 of the booking deposit will be applied toward your prepaid hat order.

Planning a larger gathering? Events expecting more than 15 hat purchases will receive a custom quote based on the size and needs of the event.

Locations more than 60 miles from Stevens Point may require an additional travel fee based on mileage.

Includes the hat + custom styling. Premium wool hats are sized, so guest hat sizes will need to be provided in advance.

Guests can choose from a collection of hat bands, ribbons, feathers, dried florals, playing cards, pins, charms and other details to create something that feels completely their own.

Branding is also available on our wool hats, with a collection of symbols and designs that can add an even more personal touch.
