Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our hats, all sales are final on made-to-order or personalized items. We do not offer returns or refunds on custom pieces.
If you purchased a ready-to-ship item, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. The item must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition.
● To request a return or exchange: Email us at thewanderingbrim@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
● Shipping for returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
● Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
